Telecoms provider TalkForLess had been living with the same static site for years and needed a fresh look.

Control B gave them a new corporate identity and a slick new site design. We optimised the content for search engine visibility and recognition, and added some great photo images from our extensive royalty-free stock library.

The clever bit, however, goes on behind the scenes. Control B created an entire Content Management System (CMS) - an administrative system integrated with a robust database - designed for TalkForLess, allowing complete editing control over all the site’s content, including page order, subsections and external links. Articles and documents can be uploaded and indexed via the CMS ready for download from the web site. This system has since been developed into a branded application, ObviousCMS™.

All the dynamic and static code generated for the web site has been validated by W3C for interoperability, meeting international standards.

The telecom industry news is automatically updated via a bespoke script which runs every day. This ensures that, whatever other changes may have been made, there is always fresh content on the site.
