Phone Intelligence® had been doing exactly that since launching their telemarketing company with an admittedly home-made site in 2003. But with a market-leading patented methodology and the inevitable rapid growth that comes with it, it wasn’t too long before it became time to call in the experts.

Although a young and, in many ways, revolutionary company, Phone Intelligence® wanted to concentrate on being part of the establishment. The "green leather" of the House of Commons was an early design direction, which became the green leather chair on the homepage. Established, well-made and functional, the chair echoed the values of the company.

Working with a professional copywriter, Control B chose embodying images for each page that were manipulated to incorporate the corporate colour.

The contact page was cleverly designed to mimic a phone message that a caller might leave. Apart from being an innovative feature and directly relevant to a company that generates business over the telephone, this unusual approach creates more empathy in the visitor - which can convert into more online contacts - than a cold, soulless form page alone.

Since the launch, Control B is frequently told how good the Phone Intelligence® web site is - by people unaware that we designed and built it.
